Color Pop provides digital marketing, web design, and print services. All projects are scoped and priced individually based on client requirements. Monthly service packages are billed at the beginning of each billing period.

payment terms

Payment terms vary by service and are outlined in individual service agreements. Website and one-time projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. The fee for a full website audit is credited toward any project booked within 60 days of purchase.

monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed month to month, on the date you sign up, and continue automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from the billing link in your receipt email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and we do not refund partial months.

intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables created for their project, including website code, design assets, and print files.

limitation of liability

Color Pop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
