Color Pop Signs & Prints of Newnan provides digital marketing, web design, and print & signage services. All projects are scoped and priced individually based on client requirements. Monthly service packages are billed at the beginning of each billing period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service and are outlined in individual service agreements. Website and one-time projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables created for their project, including website code, design assets, and print files.

Limitation of Liability

Color Pop Signs & Prints of Newnan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
